ESOT welcomes the interest of press and media in relation to the ESOT Congress 2025.

Our dedicated press team are on hand to support journalist registration for the congress and to assist in arranging interviews with experts presenting the hottest topics at the meeting.

Press registration

Whether you plan to attend virtually or onsite in London, we strongly advise that all journalists register in advance of the meeting. Registering during the congress will result in delays in gaining accreditation and, consequently, access to the meeting.

Registration is free of charge and accredited journalists will receive a press pack which provides them with access to the scientific programme, the official ESOT press releases and the ability to schedule one-to-one interviews before, during and after the congress.

To register, please email press@esot.org and state the following information:

• Full name

• Publication title

• Country

• Email address

• An attachment of a valid press card and/or letter of accreditation

• Whether you plan to attend the congress onsite in London, or virtually

Filming and photography

Professional filming and photographing is not permitted in congress sessions or in the exhibition without the organiser’s prior permission. Please contact press@esot.org with any filming or photography requests.

Media policies

The congress media policies form an integral part of the press accreditation for the ESOT Congress 2025. By registering as a member of the press, each press representative confirms their understanding and adherence to these policies. All media activities not explicitly mentioned below need to be negotiated at the earliest possible opportunity with the ESOT press agency, Beyond.
