Registration for the ESOT Congress 2025 in London will be available online from 15 January 2025 with discounted “early bird” pricing available until 10 April 2025.
Below are details of all the current offers for ESOT members, non-members and members qualifying for a reduced fee.

Registration categories
ESOT Members
Regular
The fee is available to ESOT Regular Members: medical doctors actively engaged in organ donation and/or transplantation.
Trainees, Nurses and Allied Health Professionals
The fee is available to ESOT Trainee members. All those in training are eligible for these rates. During the registration process, delegates registered in this category will need to upload documented proof of enrolment in a University programme.
The fee is available to ESOT non-medical members, Nurses, and Allied Health Professionals. Delegates registered in this category must upload documented proof of status during the registration process.
Reduced - Low/Middle-Income Countries
Open to individuals from Low-Income (LICs) and Lower-Middle-Income Countries (LMICs), as defined by the World Bank, actively involved in organ donation and/or transplantation.
British Transplantation Society (BTS) Members
Active members of the British Transplantation Society will be granted a reduced fee. Delegates registered in this category will need to upload documented proof of their membership during the registration process.
Non Members
Regular
This fee is available to medical doctors actively engaged in organ donation and/or transplantation.
Trainees, Nurses and Allied Health Professionals
This fee is available to Trainees: All those in training are eligible for these rates. Delegates registered in this category will need to upload documented proof of enrolment in a University programme during the registration process.
This fee is available to Nurses and Allied Health Professionals: Delegates registered in this category will need to upload documented proof of status during the registration process.

Groups registrations
Please contact esot-reg@interplan.de for group registrations of more than 10 delegates. For registrations of less than 10 delegates, please use the regular online registration.

Terms & Conditions
Cancellation policy
Cancellations must be communicated in written form to the Organising Secretariat Interplan – Germany. Please email: esot-reg@interplan.de
For all cancellations received by 16.05.2025, the registration fee will be refunded (deducting an administrative fee of 20% from the paid amount). After this date, there will be no refund. The refund, if due, will be issued within 60 days from the end of the Congress.
Name changes
Any name changes will incur a handling fee of €55.00 per name change. A new registration form for each replacement will be required before the name change can be processed.
Please note, name changes are only available for individual registrations and small groups (less than 10 people).
